Hey Mack

Great article! I could not agree more with you. It is so easy not to drink water that we forget that it is a vital MAJOR element in our bodies! What do we use instead? Coke, Pepsi, juices, carbonated drinks and all other manner of things.

Water will flush toxins out of our systems and help us stay as healthy as possible (when combined with a healthy diet and good exercise).

I look at the state of America's and the world's economies and I can't help but wonder if the string pullers and money printers aren't drinking enough water to make sure their brains are working right...

How true it is Mack! I wish I could remember where I originally heard this quote "the harder you work the luckier you get", because I've believed it for years, and it is exactly in line with your post. :)

Wow what a Great and Inspiring read!!!

Could you imagine a world---where 80% of the people were actively pursuing excellence in their day to day lives.
What an incredible world that would be--what a great place that would be to live. The funny thing is ---is how we live our lives is completely in our control and most of choose the status quo---and This is very sad.

I miss your Radio Show--It was the best show on the air--the most inspiring that is for sure.

thank You for being you---

Mr. Newton,

I really enjoyed reading this. Phyllis and I have two kids in college right now and ....money is tight. I have never made so much money (now that I'm retired from the Navy) and yet so much more is required. Samantha is in her last year at Cal State East Bay. She lives off-campus; so rent and food money are required. Phillip is a Junior at Howard University and he lives at home with us. Still, tuition is expensive.

Reading this put my mind at ease...we're doing the right thing(s)! Thank you sir.

Pil Sung!
