What is the Pro-Conditioning Class?
This class is called Pro-Conditioning because it uses many of the same techniques that are used in the Pro-Athlete Training Program, and also borrows on the same discipline and atmosphere of intensity and commitment present in the pro-athletes training classes. The major difference between the two is the Pro-Conditioning class is designed for non-professional athletes and the Pro-Athlete training class is for professional athletes only. These people, while not "professional athletes" still desire to achieve a high level of fitness for a myriad of reasons. Maybe they want to compete in a summer softball league, or a basketball league, but they desire to do it at a high level. Some of my clients just want to feel strong and look good. People in this class also enjoy the discipline and commitment necessary to be in the class and the intensity of it also appeals to them. This class is not for the meek, it's for those who are looking for more out of their exercise programs. The people who come to the Pro-Conditioning Class are looking to be in the best shape of their lives. They want to be faster, stronger, and more flexible. This class also teaches some of the same high-performing mental techniques and strategies that we teach in the Pro-Athlete class. Often people wonder if they have to be in shape in order to come into the Pro-Conditioning Class? The answer is no. My job is to make sure that everyone trains at the pace that is most suitable for them and I will move them steadily toward that level of peak performance. Naturally, I'm only going to allow them to work at a pace that is manageable for them, but even so, it will still be uncomfortable. This pace will probably be far beyond anything that they have done in the past. Even your first day in the Pro-Conditioning Class will probably be the hardest you may have ever exercised in your life.
Who's a candidate?
In order to see if you are a candidate for this class, the process is simple. First, call my headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona and schedule either a trial class or a consultation. The trial class is a one-time visit in which you take part in the Pro-Conditioning Class as a guest. This allows you to feel the atmosphere and it allows me to observe your manner, behaviors, attitudes, and physical fitness levels. Once the class is over we'll sit down and I will have an opportunity to give you an assessment.
What does it cost?
The cost is for the trial class is $50.00. The membership fee for the Pro-Conditioning Class is determined after that trial session. Once I have been able to see the fitness levels and discuses the goals, then we determine the appropriate fee. Usually these fees are very similar to what it would be if you had to join a health club hire a personal trainer to work you out three to four days a week. In some cases a pre-trial consultation is required. If a consultation is needed, there is a charge of $50.00.
How often can I train?
Our requirements for training for the Pro-Conditioning Classes are three days per week. Classes are on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. From these available classes you are required to train at least three times a week on a consistent basis. This is necessary in order for me to get you to the fitness goals you desire. In the event you have to be out of town on business on or vacation, I am able to provide you with a video or audio from our extensive library of classes, one that is suitable for your current fitness level. I'll also plan a workout schedule for you while you are out of the class. You can train in as many as nine classes per week if you have the fitness and so desire.
