Picture1Is Newton Fitness for me?

Newton Fitness is for everyone. The Pro-Conditioning Class – led by Mack himself – plays host to professional athletes, busy executives looking to get back in shape, those recuperating from auto accident injuries, “weekend warrior” basketball amateurs and the occasional grandmother (among the toughest people you’ll ever see “in the house” to sweat beside you). If your dream is to feel better than you’ve ever felt, to be stronger, faster, more flexible, and to meet more of life’s challenges head on, then you’ve come to the right place. Between adherence to Mack’s classes and the “3-2 Eating Plan,” reaching your peak is only a matter of time.

What should I expect?

Hard work. Newton Fitness is not for the meek or for the uncommitted, nor does Mack’s Pro-Conditioning Class discriminate: In it, he taps the same exercises, intensity and mental techniques used by pro athletes to achieve top performance. That said, your program will be individually tailored for you and you alone. While the pace of your work will not be easy, it will be manageable. Your first day at Newton Fitness likely will be harder than any set of exercises you’ve ever done – but you will do it and enjoy it.

How much does it cost?

The cost for a trial class is $50.00. The membership fee for the Pro-Conditioning Class will be determined after that session. Like your fitness program, your fee will be customized to your situation: Once Mack has determined your fitness level and discussed your goals, then, together, you’ll determine an appropriate fee. Usually your monthly cost will be similar to the cost of joining a health club and hiring a personal trainer to work you out three to four days a week. In some cases, a pre-trial consultation may be required. If a consultation is needed, there will be a $50 charge.

How often can I train?

Mack requires clients to train no less than three days per week. The current class schedule, as of October 19, 2016:

Morning Pro-Conditioning Classes:

  • Mon: 10:00am – 11:15am
  • Tue:  10:00am – 11:15am
  • Wed: 10:00am – 11:15am
  • Thu:  10:00am – 11:15am
  • Fri:    10:00am – 11:15am
  • Sat:    9:00am  – 10:15am

Afternoon Pro-Conditioning Classes:

  • Mon: 1:00pm – 2:15pm
  • Wed: 1:00pm – 2:15pm
  • Fri:    1:00pm – 2:15pm

Evening Pro-Conditioning Classes:

  • Mon:  4:30pm  – 5:45pm
  • Tue:  4:30pm  – 5:45pm
  • Thu:  4:30pm  – 5:45pm

In the event you need to travel for business or vacation, Mack will provide you with a video class from Newton Fitness’ extensive library – a workout suitable for your current fitness level. He will also plan a workout schedule for you while you are on the road. And while three days a week is the Newton Fitness minimum, you can train in as many as nine classes per week if you have the fitness and that’s your desire.

How do I get started?

Call Newton Fitness headquarters in Phoenix at 602.957.6492 and schedule a trial class or a consultation. This visit will allow you to feel the intense atmosphere of a Pro-Conditioning Class and allow Mack to observe your attitude and your current fitness level. Once class is complete, you’ll sit down with Mack and talk through your needs and possibilities.
